1. Organise Your Workspace - Spend a few minutes tidying up and creating an inspiring workspace that sets you up for success in 2023.


2. Have Breaks Through The Day - Take breaks throughout each day, even if it's just 5 minutes away from your main task; try taking a walk or getting outdoors to avoid burnout or feeling overwhelmed on day 1 of the challenge!


3. Start Fresh With Notebooks And Journals - If you use notebooks, journals or planners start a fresh new one with the beginning of 2023 so all those tasks, thoughts and ideas have room to breathe in their own space!
